Part 1 of the Alpha-Omega project set. A short-term projects in which a birthing centre for John Radcliffe Hospital, Oxford, branches out from Headington Cemetery. The building seeks to provide reflection on the hard edged nature of the end and contrast by providing soft and encompassing birthing rooms. The intersection of the building and the cemetery allows mourning for those who have lost children during child birth while keeping them connected to a place of hope.
